Help & Support

Return Goblin is built to be almost no work: forward an Amazon order to track@returngoblin.com and the goblin tracks the return deadline and emails you before it closes. If something isn't behaving, here's how to fix the common stuff — and how to reach a human if you're still stuck.

Getting started

  1. Open an Amazon order confirmation or shipment email.
  2. Forward it to track@returngoblin.com.
  3. The goblin replies with the item(s) it's tracking and the return deadline. That's it — no app, no login.

Started a return? Forward the confirmation too

When you actually open a return on Amazon, the clock changes — you now have a few days to physically drop the package off before Amazon cancels the return. Forward the "Return request confirmed" email to track@returngoblin.com and the goblin switches to that drop-off date — nudges about nine days out, two days before, and on the day itself if it still hasn't gone.

I forwarded an order but didn't hear back

The goblin said it couldn't track my email

The goblin only understands Amazon order and shipment emails. If it declined yours, forward the original "Your Amazon order" confirmation or the "Shipped" email itself — not a screenshot, a forwarded receipt with the details stripped out, or a link.

I'm not getting reminders

How do I stop reminders?

Every receipt and reminder has a one-tap link to cancel reminders for that order. One tap and the goblin goes quiet — there's no account to dig through.

My reminder date looks off

Amazon's date always wins. Return Goblin's deadlines are best-effort estimates from Amazon's published category windows — confirm the official date in Your Orders. See the Amazon return policy guide for the window by category.

Do you read my inbox?

No. The goblin only sees the individual emails you forward to it — it reads the order, not your inbox. More in the privacy policy.
